«Tout était délicieux et authentique. Le seul point qui pour moi rendrait la cuisine encore plus parfaite serait moins de sel. Les Suisse ont tendance à manger très salé comme on peut le voir dans la plupart des restaurants, et bien que le sel soit un exhausteur de goût indispensable, trop de sel peut masquer les saveurs et c’est dommage. »

Wir hatten wunderbare glutenfreie Vorspeisen, die alle Sinne anregten und einfach deliziös waren, dann kamen die Klassiker " Butter Chicken" und "Lamb Biriyani", einfach köstlich. Das Gulfi-Eis rundete alles ab. Schwierig fand ich allerdings das Essens des Glaces, an einem dünnen Stängel im Glas.»
